Our Sales Engineers

Donny joined Testech in 2011 and now serves as the General Manager. Donny spent most of his career in semiconductors, 10 years with ST Microelectronics, 5 years with Dallas Semiconductor / MAXIM and 9 years with Texas Instruments, and has managed a team of Product Engineers for over 15 years at prior semiconductor companies.

Donny earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Kevin joined Testech in 2026 after working at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics the past 15 years developing skills as an engineering and operations leader across aerospace manufacturing, flight test, production operations, design engineering, and enterprise program leadership within the F-35 program and broader Aeronautics organizations. Kevin has a proven track record leading organizational transformation, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, building high-performing teams, and driving operational efficiency across domestic and international environments.

Kevin earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and a M.S. in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.

Nathan joined Testech in 2026 and covers the Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas Panhandle territory. Prior to joining Testech, he spent seven years at Lockheed Martin as a Lead Manufacturing Test Engineer, where he specialized in test and measurement for 5th generation aircraft fighter programs. His hands-on experience with complex aerospace test systems gives him a unique ability to understand and support the technical needs of defense, aerospace, and manufacturing customers throughout his territory.

Nathan earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Arkansas.

Ronnie joined Testech in 2017 as the Sales Engineer covering territories in Houston, Texas and Southern Louisiana.  Ronnie attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee pursuing a BSBM.  Working in the central region of the United States, he began his career selling fusion splicing and fiber optic test and measurement equipment in 1999.  Marketing and integration of high technology product and systems is where he has a successful background across all market segments.

Founder and sole proprietor of RF-FiberOptic Technologies, Ronnie has specialized in the sales and distribution of products for integration, inspection, test and certification of optical systems for industrial, commercial, oil and gas, and government applications.

Dave joined Testech in 2024 and covers the Dallas, East Texas and Northern Louisiana territory. He spent two years working at Plymouth Grating Laboratory as an interferometry engineer but moved to Texas in 2018 to pursue a graduate degree in Physics at Texas A&M University.

His accounts include major government, aerospace, manufacturing entities.  His key accounts are Raytheon, L3Harris, Texas Instruments, Molex and Qorvo.

Dave earned a B.S. from Bridgewater State University, double majoring in Physics and Chemistry. He earned his M.S. in Physics in 2021.

Marshall joined Testech in 2012 to work the Central and South Texas sales territory. Marshall began his career, working in the Petro-Chemical sector, for Amoco Chemicals, which later became British Petroleum. Marshall worked with BP/Amoco for 8 years, in the areas of instrumentation, electrical, gas chromatography and industrial automated controls. Marshall later relocated to Austin Texas, where he worked in the Controls Engineering department at Dell Computers, providing process improvements and automation support for several of their highly automated manufacturing facilities.

Marshall has obtained an AAS in Instrumentation and Industrial Control as well as a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas State University, with a major in communication systems and networking.

Randy joined Testech in 2010 covering Dallas / Ft. Worth and West Texas, including Waco, Abilene, Lubbock and Midland/Odessa. Randy has lived and worked in North Texas since 1995 selling Test & Measurement equipment through TTC/Acterna, Digital Lightwave, Nettest and Ledcor Technical Services.

His major accounts are Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, Bell Helicopter, Fujitsu, Coriant, NSN and BNSF.

Randy retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Captain. His primary duties as a KC-130 pilot included support for Operations Desert Storm / Desert Shield, Operation Laser Strike, Operation Eastern Exit and NATO Teamwork 92.

Randy earned a B.S. Computer Science degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and an MBA in International Business from University of Phoenix.
